Project Description
Most people take for granted that we have cars to get ourselves to work. But for the people who cannot afford a car, they have to find alternative ways to get to work. The Catholic Charities Refugee Resettlement program helps resettle displaced people who have been designated as refugees by the U.S. State Department and the United Nations High Commision on Refugees. Our job developer works hard to get these refugees jobs to begin earning an income to support their family. A cost-effective way for them to get to work is to ride bicycles. We are in need of donations of bicycles so that our refugees get to and from work.
