This is wonderful way to choose which projects I want to support.
Provide personal hygiene products to a homeless individual; shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste
Provide 1 week supply of laundry detergent and bleach for the Center's laundry facilities
Provide the fee to acquire identification for a homeless individual
Provide a night in a motel and dinner on an emergency basis for a homeless individual
Provide for 1 week of snacks and drinks for the Center for the benefit of the homeless
The Coalition is actively planning the opening of a pilot Day Drop-in Center program whose purpose will be to provide daytime services to adults and families experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness.
To provide a safe, compassionate and supportive environment in which people who are experiencing homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness are welcome and able to access appropriate facilities, services, and resources.
The Coalition for the Homeless of Nassau County in partnership with other local agencies and organizations and with the participation of local volunteers
The location will be the Fernandina Beach Church of Christ’s buildings facing So. 14th Street. The church is already the host location for the Cold Night Shelter program.
