Project Description
Angel's Advocacy Care Network is committed to supporting patients and their caregivers as they face medical, spiritual, emotional, and financial challenges associated with a complex medical condition.
We are currently assisting a patient with Stage 4 Lung Cancer. She and her husband live in Clay County and have 2 daughters.
Unfortunately, due to the progression of her illness, she is no longer able to work.
The family is struggling financially at this time, and we are asking the community to come to the aid of this family. Your donations will assist not only with food, utility bills, mortgage payments, etc. but the rising medical bills for medications and treatment co-payments.
We are counting on our community to unite in helping this patient in this very difficult time.
